Welcome to Pet Factor Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (www.petfactorlabs.com), services, and products. By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Pet Factor Labs provides scientifically formulated pet supplements and wellness products available for purchase via one-time orders or recurring memberships (subscriptions). All transactions and interactions with our website are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use this site or make purchases. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Services

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is always current, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Pet Factor Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

We offer recurring subscriptions for select products to ensure consistent delivery of your pet’s wellness support. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency selected during checkout (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by either:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once an order has processed, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@petfactorlabs.com to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, product names, and images—is the property of Pet Factor Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site or its services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the site’s security, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or misuse the services provided.

9. Disclaimers

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your pet’s routine. Results may vary depending on individual pet health and circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Factor Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of our products or services, or the relationship between you and Pet Factor Labs shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the proceedings shall be held in Loveland, Colorado. You agree that arbitration shall be your sole and exclusive remedy, and you waive your right to file a lawsuit or participate in a class action against Pet Factor Labs.

Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by law. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Pet Factor Labs mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Pet Factor Labs (“Pet Factor Labs”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Pet Factor Labs’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Pet Factor Labs through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Pet Factor Labs. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18669409393 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Pet Factor Labs mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
